What are your return conditions?

If goods are damaged or if you have problems with any of our products, please contact us and we will decide the best way to have your goods returned, evaluate the returned product, and issue you a credit for goods returned.

How fast can you ship?
Most UPS orders are shipped from our warehouse the same day if orders are placed before 3pm EST.
